Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 September 2026
- The pin generator and the free tools are free to use right now. What they produce is your starting point — check it before you publish.
- Brand is an optional $9/month plan for clean, branded downloads. Email us to cancel any time.
- Nothing is ever posted to Pinterest automatically. A pin only goes out when you press Publish on it, to a board you chose.
- PinSpark is not affiliated with Pinterest.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using getpinspark.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to everyone who visits.
2. What PinSpark is today
PinSpark is a small, independent project. It currently consists of:
- The pin generator — paste a recipe post's URL, and it renders a set of Pinterest-sized pins in your browser, ready to download. This is live and usable right now, free.
- Four free browser-based tools — a pin title generator, a color palette picker, a description writer, and a hashtag builder. These are live and usable right now.
- Brand — an optional paid plan that unlocks clean, watermark-free downloads, more layouts, and a saved brand kit.
Please note: PinSpark does not connect to your Pinterest account and does not publish anything on your behalf. You generate the pins here, then download them and upload them to Pinterest yourself.
3. The free tools
a. How they work
The free tools use fixed, rule-based templates. They run entirely in your browser. They do not use artificial intelligence, and they do not learn from your input.
b. Use the output as a starting point
The output is a draft. It is generated from templates and your input, so it can be awkward, repetitive, or simply wrong for your topic. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking anything before you publish it.
The tools are not professional advice — not marketing, legal, financial, or any other kind. Nothing you generate should be treated as a guaranteed way to improve your reach, traffic, or revenue. We make no promise about how any platform, including Pinterest, will treat what you publish.
c. No account needed
The generator and the free tools need no sign-up and cost nothing. Brand is entirely optional. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.
4. Brand
Brand is an optional paid plan (currently $9 per month, or $90 per year) that unlocks clean, watermark-free downloads, additional pin layouts, and a saved brand kit. Paying for Brand is a purchase of the service described on the pricing section at the time you start on it.
There is no checkout on the Site today — you email us and we reply with the plan details. If we later add a card form, payment will be handled by an established payment provider on their own secure page, your card details will never pass through PinSpark, and this section will be updated before that change goes live, including how renewals and cancellation will work. For now, cancellation is by email and your access simply ends at the close of the period you have already paid for.
Because downloadable output can't be returned, payments for a period already started are not refundable. If something is broken, email us and we will make it right.
5. Your content and ours
a. What you create
Anything you type into the tools stays yours. We claim no ownership over the titles, descriptions, hashtags, or palettes you generate, and you may use them however you like, including commercially.
b. What we own
The Site itself — its design, code, text, and the PinSpark name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or republish the Site or the tools themselves as your own product without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Resell the free tools, or present them as your own service.
- Use the tools to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, or designed to deceive people.
We may restrict access to anyone who does.
7. Third-party services
The Site relies on a few third parties: Netlify (hosting and functions) and, only if you choose to connect an account, Pinterest (publishing). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Publishing to Pinterest: connecting an account is optional, and the generator works without it. If you connect, you authorise us through Pinterest's own sign-in to read your boards and to create pins on your behalf. Nothing is posted, scheduled, or queued automatically — a pin is sent only when you press Publish on that specific pin, to a board you chose. You can disconnect at any time from the Site, or by revoking our access in your Pinterest settings. You remain responsible for what you publish, including having the right to use the photo and to share the link you attach.
Links from the Site to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Pinterest disclaimer: PinSpark is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc., and is used here only to describe what our tools are designed to help with.
8. No warranty
The Site and the tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will be suitable for your purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinSpark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, traffic, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — including anything you publish based on the tools' output. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to the Site and to these terms
We may change the Site or these terms at any time. When we update these terms, we will change the "last updated" date above. If a change is material — for example, if we introduce paid plans — we will make that clear. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, we would ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally — it is almost always faster for both sides.
